Dr Bronte Donaldson
Hi I’m Dr Bronte, GP Registrar.
I grew up in Mount Isa and completed my Medical School with James Cook University in Townsville and Mackay. Once I finished my degree I returned to my hometown where I worked for 2 years.
At Mount Isa Hospital I rotated around the different departments, but my interests lay with women’s health, paediatrics and palliative care medicine.
I’ve recently bought a house with my fiance which we shared with our three large and fluffy dogs.
I have come to Cloncurry to learn from the best on how to be an amazing General Practitioner. I was fortunate enough to complete 2 medical school placements here in Cloncurry which inspired me to continue my path of rural medicine and return so that I can learn from this community.
